Terms and Conditions

  • Max: 15 guests
  • Minimum stay high & low seasons : 4 nights.
  • Minimum stay peak season : 7 nights.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
  • The remaining 50% is payable six weeks prior to arrival.
  • Credit cards are not accepted, payment is via EFT.
  • A refundable breakages deposit is required of R20 000.
  • If there are breakages, replacements will be charged for and deducted from the breakages deposit.
  • Non-smoking & No Pets
  • An indemnity document for the owners and agents of the property is required to be signed by all tenants.
  • Parents and guardians are required to sign indemnities on behalf of minor children.
  • There is a basic cleaning service of the house. Dishes/laundry/cleaning from guests is not included.

Cancellation Policy

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
  • The 50% final payment will be refunded if a new booking replaces the cancelled one. If a new booking only partly replaces the cancelled booking, a pro rata refund will be given.

Child Policy

Children are welcome. A cot with bedding is available for small children.
