Terms and Conditions

Minimum stay high & low seasons : 4 days.
Minimum stay peak season : 7 days.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
The remaining 50% is payable six weeks prior to arrival.
Credit cards are not accepted, payment is via EFT.
A refundable breakages deposit is required ranging from R10 000 – R20 000 depending on length of stay.
This deposit is held in escrow and refunded after departure, following a satisfactory inventory count.
If there are breakages, replacements will be charged for and deducted from the breakages deposit.
13 Beachy Head Drive is a non-smoking establishment.
A non-smoking agreement is required to be signed by tenants.
An indemnity document for the owners and agents of 13 Beachy Head Drive is required to be signed by all tenants.
Parents and guardians are required to sign indemnities on behalf of minor children.
There is no cleaning/maid service provided.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
The 50% final payment will be refunded if a new booking replaces the cancelled one. If a new booking only partly replaces the cancelled booking, a pro rata refund will be given.

Children are welcome. A cot with bedding is available for small children.
